5. Whether your LED is dimmable or not?
    Actually, NGLAMP does not declare dimmable, but 80% of our customers reflect that they get the dimmable effect under PMW dimmer. NGLAMP does not approved it. Maybe you can have a try.

6. What kinds of certificate do you have?
   The LED lights are approved by CE,RoHS, GS, ERP, ETL from TUV or Intertek.

7. What kind of package can you offer?
    White/color inner box, white/color middle box and white master carton or blister package.

8. What about the payment term and delivery?
     The delivery time should be within 30 days after 30% deposite comfirmation, and 70% balance should be paid before shipment by T/T.

9.What is your warranty policy? 
All of our LED products come with a two-year warranty.
